When you visit a website, your browser stores

       1,  information (such as the location of the site you visited) and

       2,  files used to run an online application.

When we update our application, your browser may still use old files which can cause display or access problems. Clearing your browser cache may help:

     -------protect your personal information and

     -------help our applications run better on your computer.

How To clear your Cache on Google Chrome.

1. Do one of the following:

- From the “Menu” Menu Button button in the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, choose “More Tools” > “Clear browsing data…“.

- Press “CTRL” + “Shift” + “Delete” in Windows or Linux, or “Command” + “Shift” + “Delete” on Mac OS X on your keyboard.

- Select “Menu” > “Settings” > “Show advanced settings…” > “Clear browsing data…“.

2. Select the period of time you wish to delete cached information using the “Obliterate the following items from” drop down menu. From there, you can choose “Cached images and files“.

3. Select the “Clear browsing data” button, and Chrome will clear your cache.

How To clear your Cache on Mozilla Firefox.

-From the History menu, select Clear Recent History.

-If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.

-From the Time range to clear: drop-down menu, select the desired range; to clear your entire cache, select Everything.

Next to "Details", click the down arrow to choose which elements of the history to clear; to clear your entire cache, select all items.

Click Clear Now.

Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

How To clear your Cache on Internet Explorer.

-Select Tools (via the Gear Icon) > Safety > Delete browsing history....

-If the menu bar is hidden, press Alt to make it visible.

-Deselect Preserve Favorites website data, and select:

-Temporary Internet files or Temporary Internet files and website files

-Cookies or Cookies and website data

-History

-Click Delete. You will see a confirmation at the bottom of the window when the process is complete.

-Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser

MAC

-Select Safari from the Apple/System bar at the top of the screen.

-From the drop-down menu, select Preferences.

-Select the Security icon/tab at the top of the window.

-Check the Enable JavaScript checkbox under the Web content category.

-Close the dialog box to save your changes.

-Finally, refresh your browser.

How To clear your Cache on Safari.

-Open your Settings app.

-Tap Safari.

-Tap Clear History and Website Data and confirm.

-Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

How To clear your Cache on Opera Brower.

To clear cache:

-From the Opera menu, select Settings, and then Delete Private Data....

-In the dialog box that opens, select the items you want to clear, and then click Delete.

-Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.
